Similar apartments in Sasthamangalam junction are likely to command a 18 to 20% CAGR in the next 5 years.

Heera Swiss Town is not rated by any rating body like CRISIL, although Heera does have the Heera Infocity project at Kazhakuttam in Trivandrum which is rated 7-star by CRISIL.
