Foundation, Load bearing Structure as per Kristal structural design (GF + FF).

All Load bearing walls in 9inch  table mounted bricks / 8inch solid block masonry.

All partition walls in 4.5inch brick work / 4inch solid block masonry.

Parapet wall will be provided above the finished floor slab level wherever required (as per elevation).

RCC lintel over doors and windows as per design

DOORS & WINDOWS

Main door: Teak wood frame section with Teak wood panel Door (Kristal Design, with polishing) along with brass fittings and lock.

Hard wood / country wood internal door frame with flush door shutters.

Country wood window frame with country Wood shutters with 4mm thick plain glass (MS grill of Kristal Design fitted within frame).

All window frames and shutters will be painted with enamel on both sides
